MSA Club

In preparation for the MSA test, my mentor and I chose a small group of students to stay after school once a week for “MSA Club.” We chose students we knew would benefit most from the extra support and help after school. Each week, we would work with our small group, rotating between math and reading practice. We could see the improvement of these students in grasping content, gaining test-taking skills, and gaining overall confidence before taking the test. At first I assisted my mentor, gradually taking on more of the MSA reviews, leading to a full takeover of MSA Club.
