This semester not only did I work closely with the other interns at Hollywood Elementary, but I was able to observe a colleague teach a lesson and have her observe me and provide feedback. Both experiences of observing and receiving feedback were extremely meaningful and helpful. I was able to consider my colleague’s comments and implement many of her suggestions. This was a useful and positive way to reflect on and improve the effectiveness of my teaching.
