Small-group Mini-Lesson on Time

When my mentor and I observed that by the second week of covering the concept of elapsed time some students were still not grasping the important concepts, we decided to split the class into small groups to review the concept in a more hands-on and visual way. Working in small groups allowed the students to focus in a more concentrated and closer environment.  In the small groups, the students each utilized small clocks, as well as personal chalk boards on which they could write, to make the review more hands-on, visual, and, overall, engaging.
